ABOUT
Mrs. Prachi Wazalwar is an advocate & CS based
out of Mumbai. She graduated from ILS Law
College and was a member of the core group on
NCLT constituted by ICSI. She specializes in
corporate litigation and has handled a variety of
cases before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India,
High Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, Special Courts etc.
She has authored 3 books namely Management
of SEZs, Insights into the New Company Law,
NCLT & NCLAT- Law, Practice & Procedure.
