About Prachi Wazalwar

Prachi Wazalwar is an advocate and company secretary based out of Mumbai. She graduated from ILS Law College, Pune, and is currently a member of the core group on NCLT constituted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She has played a significant role in assisting the sub-group of ICSI formed to support the Companies Law Committee on NCLT related provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. Additionally, Prachi has been actively involved in the core group formed by ICSI for giving recommendations on the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. Currently, she is the managing partner at Wazalwar & Associates and practices at the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, Company Law Boards, and the Competition Commission.
